LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Panico has represented both employers and employees in employment litigation before the federal courts; NLRB hearings and organizing campaigns; labor arbitration, and Civil Rights administrative agency hearings. Mr. Panico is admitted to practice before the state bar of Indiana, Utah and California, federal trial courts and U.S. Court of Appeals.
HUMAN RESOURCES & LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE
Mr. Panico has served as a Director of Human Resources, Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining in both the public and private sectors. In those roles he was responsible for HR policy development and compliance, labor negotiations, CBA administration; training and development; USDOL Apprenticeship programs, recruitment, wage and hour administration; benefits, employee discipline; drug and alcohol testing, safety and security, and USDOT compliance.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
During his four decade career, Mr. Panico has trained over 1,500 front-line managers and supervisors on employment and labor law topics. He has conducted supervisory training programs for such organizations as:
Mr. Panico has served as an Associate Adjunct Professor with New York Institute of Technology teaching undergraduate courses in Personnel Management, Labor Relations Law, and the Principles and Practices of Collective Bargaining. He currently serves as a Continuing Legal Education speaker on employment law topics with the National Business Institute, and is a member of the National Roster of Employment Arbitrators and Mediators with the American Arbitration Association.
